Kongsberg Tenfjord SR642-240 FCP - 5 years overhaul

5-years overhaul afloat in Amsterdam. Rudder and stock were secured by a special fabricated clamping tool. Spare parts supplied direct out of our warehouse in Quickborn/Hamburg.
The result of the final leak oil test was excellent.

Kongsberg Tenfjord SR722-320 FCP - damage inspection

Damage Inspection of a Kongsberg SR722 after heavy grounding which was reported by the customer. Vessel was towed from Norway to Stettin. Shipyard dismantled the rudder stock and exposed the present damages caused by turned rudder stock in the steering gear. Solution plan is still open and we're still in process to solve it!

Kongsberg Frydenbö 2x RV900-2 steering gear - 5 years service

After completion of the 10 years-services 5 years ago for the complete Sphinx class, we're starting this year with the 15 years-services.
We supplied again all spare parts for overhaul direct from our stock.

MacGregor Hatlapa Triton 200 steering gear - 5 years overhaul

Spare parts were supplied by the customer direct from MacGregor. We overhauled both steering gear actuators within a reasonable time in Rotterdam.
